
Busy week. We had a great time this week catching up with Andrew Ford from Mountain Top. We had the Bin 549 a week or so, Andrew was due in a few days so Rebecca roasted some 549 up for cupping and assessment. We cupped the coffee and it was a standout, we cup blind and the strength an freshness in the cup was outstanding, a credit to the processing. So to the clover, great tones of coffee cherry then caramel then cocoa. Espresso sweet sweet sweet, with the same tones but swallowed in sweetness. This coffee is fanatastic, and I don't say this often.
So I am waiting to unveil the CoE coffees, tapping my fingers, pacing, and waiting for customs to give the all clear..hasn't happened yet hopefully this week..
