Brain cells screaming for mercy!

Wow... the kids went hard.. classic

xmas party there was laughter, tears,

and good times. The BBQ  was tearing through the seafood then on to the kebabs and finally the lamb chops. The beers went then it was the Rose and then the heavy reds. The jager came out and it was time for me to head home..A little older a wiser than some of the kids who remained out until the 4 am mark.. Pretty much sad a sorry for themselves today. So more info on the cupping this weekend in the next few days. Winding down our roasting operations so perhaps get in sooner than later if you are after than specific estate coffee. As later in the week all the range will not be available...

Format will be traditional cupping so if you have one BYO spoon.. if not we will supply one.

Well, tis the season, so here is my list...

1.A tonne of coffee from mercanta the coffee hunters.

2.A new 3 group synesso for St Ali front counter. The old three group needs a little down time.

3.A large swag of cup of excellence coffees and associated coffees from cafe imports.

4.A roasting road trip to the USA.

5.A new renegade sample roaster that profiles and allows us to log our roasts.

6.Associated trips for the staff to Origin and the SCAA.

Lets see whether santas sack is that large. I know my feels really swollen at this time of year. Recent news is that we are all back on board and fired up for next year.. The above list is pretty much in the pipe for the near future. The cup of excellence coffees are almost out of stock..so we have some more on the way.. We are also doing a weekly cupping session at BBB

on Saturdays..for free.. more in the next few days.
