SUMMER SIGNATURE DRINKS

Want to re-create our signature drinks at home? Here's what you need!

DALI DRIP

Ingredients

200ml Chilled filtered coffee
20ml Maple syrup
Wattleseed powder
Whipped cream
Ice

Add ice to a tall fancy glass with chilled filter coffee, maple syrup, and a straw. Give it a good stir. Top with a generous amount of whipped cream and dust with wattleseed.

For a surreal experience use Colombia Bella Vista!!

ORTHODOX MARTINI

30ml Starward Two Fold whisky
30ml Kahlua
45ml Chilled Orthodox espresso
Plum Powder

Add all liquid ingredients to a Boston shaker, then fill ¾ with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and double strain into your finest martini glass. Dust plum powder on an edge of the drinks surface.
