Together with Corowa Distilling Co., we have created a unique single-malt whisky that offers a true coffee experience.

They say good things take time, and this is no exception. We ‘seasoned’ an ex-muscat cask with Wide Awake Espresso Blend before filling it with Corowa’s organic malt.

Then we waited.

Nearly three years.

We think it was well worth it, but we’ll leave you to decide.


Nose:
Dark chocolate & coffee grounds.

Palate:
Business at the front party at the back.
A soft start with vanilla essence builds into big, complex waves of dry and sweet accompanied by green coffee bean notes.

Finish:
Long, spicy & praline sweet finish with enough coffee character to keep you Wide Awake.
